Relay, Quorum, Beacon, and Atlas extend the library into daily workflow, committee continuity, assurance posture, and cross-system integrity. GovernReady and the CESR Evidence System are two working kits for CQC inspection readiness and GMC Portfolio Pathway evidence, available now on Gumroad.

Beacon reads Cadence, Relay, and Quorum's operational data and computes assurance posture mechanically — no narrative claims, no retrospective evidence assembly. Postures get sealed into integrity-protected packs with sha-256 over canonical form; supersession checks tell you when an earlier pack has been overtaken.

07 — Working with Portiko
Cadence is currently being developed with a small number of named UK GP and clinic teams. Alpha partners get founder-level support, free access throughout the alpha, and meaningful influence over the general-availability roadmap. The alpha framing is deliberate: we'd rather build the system right with the first three practices than be open to the next three hundred before the operational truth lands.
